Facilities

Highly trained staff ensure the highest standards of hospitality and service at Mushroom Lodge and Presidential House, where your every whim is catered for.

The Lodge has a swimming pool overlooking the Lagoon which brings welcome relief when temperatures soar. Guests can relax in the Nsaka with an entrance framed by Elephant Tusks of a size not seen anymore.

Guests can enjoy meals in the Dining area with uninterrupted views over the Lagoon, and often dinners are served in the Boma under the stars, however private drinks and meals can be arranged upon request.

Massages

Adjoining the pool area, we have created an “Nsaka”, a sanctuary ideal for drinks, private dinners, meetings and wonderfully relaxing massages by a qualified masseuse.

Baby Sitting

In order for parents not to compromise their Game Viewing and Dining experiences, skilled baby sitters from the local communities can be arranged at a nominal fee.

Children’s Policy

Families with children over the age of six are welcome at Mushroom Lodge and Presidential House. Children are welcomed with a booklet and games on arrival at the Camp in order for them to also experience the magic of the Wildlife in South Luangwa Park. Special meals can also be arranged for the little ones.
